Do crystals help you sleep?
Do crystals = sleep?

People today think that crystals are just pretty objects when they might really have some crazy potential.
Some people say that they can give off electricity. Others say it can give you super senses, but I think they have a
different use. Helping you sleep. Yes, I think rocks can help people get some much-needed rest without some
unintended side effects and I attend to prove it with the crystals position, effects, and personal info.

There are many types of crystals so each one must have a complex place to keep a full sleep effect like
amethyst which can affect your sleep in different ways. Many people say it's better to put Amethyst under
your pillow while others might suggest on your chest. Then there is Clear Quartz. Most of the sources said
that in your hand will work or by the bedside or just the bedroom for its common cousin Rose Quartz.
Next, there is Moonstone which can strangely be most effective at your solar plexus.
Finally, Mangano calcite which is best used according to my source, under your pillow which appears to be the most commonplace. (Ethan, Whitehurst, Kate Walker, & Crystals to Help You Sleep).
So if each type of crystal effects you differently depending on where their position is, then each must have
a different effect on each person. The first crystal I will mention is Amethyst with is known to repel negative
thoughts, stress, and frustration helping you to regulate your life. Next, there is Clear Quartz which has the same
effect as Rose Quartz. It adds positivity to your life along with appending a calm and soothing factor.
Then there's Red Jasper which helps with that grounding at the end of the day while protecting your spirit.
Finally, there's Labradorite. This crystal helps the brain chemistry and restore brain power.

Lastly, I will inform you of some human knowledge that I spoke with each having a different say in the matter.
Sabrin talked about how the crystals she used each had a different effect in her life. She also mentioned how that
not all crystals are great for sleep while others will get you through the night quoting that
“Crystals are a blessing and a curse”. She also suggested rose quartz as a good crystal for people with sleep
problems. Then as for the different side on the matter, like Christ Crag, a person who helps with your sleep, said
that he hadn't heard of a patient that used crystals to help them sleep.
So to conclude on this interesting subject, we went over three different topics all with one thing in common,
crystals, which as I said in this paper can affect you depending on who you are, where the crystal is located,
and maybe if you have to believe in it or something. Either way, crystals are a mystery and are still to be found
faulty or scientific.
